HALL

United States

Hall is a family-owned California winery founded by Kathryn and Craig Hall, with estates in St. Helena and Rutherford and a portfolio that includes Hall, Walt, and Baca. Its vineyards focus on classic Bordeaux varieties and produce limited-production, single-vineyard wines. Sustainability is central to the operation: vineyards are certified by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance and Fish Friendly Farming, with two organic vineyards, LEED Gold-certified facilities, solar power, grey-water recycling, UV sanitation, and sheep used for natural weed management. Lead winemaker Megan Gunderson oversees the program.
