Ca' De Noci

Italy

Ca' de Noci is a family-owned estate in Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, run by brothers Alberto and Giovanni Masini, who took over from their father in 1993. The vineyards are farmed under certified organic and biodynamic practices, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, with minimal copper and sulfur treatments and natural weed management. In the cellar, the Masini brothers work with spontaneous fermentations and wild yeasts, producing unfined and unfiltered natural wines. Alberto oversees the estate overall, while Giovanni focuses on winemaking, though both are directly involved in shaping the wines.
