Podere Terenzuola is a family-owned estate based in Fosdinovo, in Tuscany’s Colli di Luni, with vineyards extending through Lunigiana, Cinque Terre and the Candia area at the foot of the Apuan Alps. Founded by Luigi Giuliani and now led by his grandson Ivan, the winery focuses on indigenous and rare local varieties, including Vermentino, Vermentino Nero and historic Canaiolo biotypes. Its organic farming emphasizes landscape fidelity, manual work, cover crops, organic fertilization and herbal teas, while old vineyards are recovered through massal selection. In Cinque Terre, vines are cultivated on steep dry-stone terraces using traditional bush vines. Spontaneous fermentations, long macerations and minimal intervention in the multi-level cellar express the character of these distinct coastal and mountain terroirs.
