Venta d’Aubert

Spain

Founded in the 1980s in Matarraña, Teruel, Venta d’Aubert farms 18 hectares of vineyards alongside oak forest and olive groves. Certified organic since 2013, the estate follows artisanal, biodynamic and regenerative practices, emphasizing biodiversity and the restoration of its clay-limestone soils. Guest winemakers Stefan Dorst and César Fernández Díaz work with creative freedom, producing wines intended to express a distinctive interpretation of the Matarraña landscape. Styles vary through different maceration periods and maturation in stainless steel and European oak. The estate also offers visits, tastings, a terrace wine bar and the Solo Sculpture Trail.
