Founded in 1868, Schloss Vaux is a Rheingau Sekt producer based in Eltville, at Burg Crass on the Rhine. Rooted in Berlin, Metz and the Rheingau, the house specializes exclusively in traditional-method, bottle-fermented sparkling wines. Its Geisenheim vineyards are farmed organically, with hands-on vineyard care and meticulous cellar and bottle work; fruit is also sourced through long-term partnerships with growers and selected external sites. The wines mature underground on their lees, reflecting a patient approach to production. As a publicly listed company with 69 shareholders, Schloss Vaux combines an established history with a clearly focused, craft-led identity and a stated passion for traditional Sekt-making.
