RIM is Jordi Esteve’s project in Rabós d’Empordà, Catalonia, rooted in the recovery of lost vineyards and the village’s traditional wine culture. Working with organic vineyards on slate soils, he makes wines with minimal intervention and wild yeasts. The estate is closely tied to the local community, drawing on knowledge from older generations and helping revive historical practices of the Albera region, including old cellars and rancid wine casks. RIM reflects a personal, place-driven approach focused on Rabós d’Empordà’s landscape, history, and artisanal identity.
