Domaine Perrot-Minot is a fourth-generation family estate in Morey-Saint-Denis, Burgundy, run by Christophe Perrot-Minot with Marit Perrot-Minot. Built on inherited family holdings and expanded in 2000, the domaine is known for old vines and parcels across the Côte de Nuits, including Grand Cru sites. The vineyards have been farmed organically since 2016, with hand harvesting, green harvesting, and careful sorting in both vineyard and cellar. In the winery, Christophe follows a low-intervention, terroir-focused approach, using whole-bunch vinification for part of the fruit, moderate oak, and in some accounts no fining or filtration. The wines are consistently described as elegant, pure, and age-worthy, balancing finesse with depth.
