Producer

ENVINATE

Spain

Envínate is a boutique Spanish producer based in Castilla-La Mancha and working across three regions: the Canary Islands, Ribeira Sacra, and Castilla-La Mancha. It is collectively owned by four friends—Alfonso Torrente, José Ángel Martínez, Laura Ramos, and Roberto Santana—who met at winemaking school and continue to run the project independently, with no external corporate ownership. Their approach centers on low-intervention winemaking and ultra-traditional, minimalist vineyard methods. Production is deliberately limited, and the wines are noted as becoming increasingly scarce. No formal sustainability certifications are reported.
