Chapillon is a family-run winery in Aragón, founded in 2006 by French winemaker Christophe Chapillon in partnership with veteran Aragonese vintner Cesar Langa. The Chapillon family retains ownership, while both Christophe and Cesar are credited as winemakers. Its vineyards span two sites at 650–750 metres elevation and are farmed using sustainable and organic practices, without stated formal certification. Created as a modern line under the Chapillon family name, the estate combines Christophe’s French background with Langa’s longstanding Aragonese winemaking experience.
