Reverdito

Italy

Founded in La Morra in 2000, Reverdito grew from Silvano Reverdito’s vineyard work, begun in 1967, and is now led by siblings Michele and Sabina, with Michele as winemaker and driving force. The family farms vineyards across La Morra, Monforte d’Alba, Serralunga d’Alba, and Verduno, including several distinguished Barolo crus. Vineyard care follows sustainable principles through green manuring, mating disruption, chemical-free weeding, biodiversity protection, and pollinator promotion, without stated organic certification. In the cellar, each Nebbiolo cru is vinified separately to express its site, using large vats, large-format wood, and some cement amphorae. Reverdito seeks wines of character, elegance, and fidelity to territory, without overstatement, supported by curiosity and experimentation.
