Quinta do Olival da Murta is a fifth-generation Vivas family estate in Lisbon, cultivating its vineyards organically. Winemaking is led by Joana Vivas, who began vinifying with her cousins in 2013. The wines are made with a minimal-intervention philosophy and low sulphite use, resulting in a focused portfolio of five wines. The estate also produces organic tisanes and condiments, reflecting its broader commitment to sustainable, low-impact practices.
