Domaine Parent is a long-established family estate in Pommard, Burgundy, founded in 1803 and led since 1998 by sisters Anne and Catherine Parent, the first women to run the domaine. Now in its 12th/13th generation, the estate is rooted in organic and biodynamic farming, with biodynamic practice since 2010, organic certification from 2013, and Demeter certification from 2024; some Grand Cru parcels are worked by horse. Anne oversees the vineyards and winemaking, while Catherine manages the commercial side. Harvesting is by hand with strict sorting, and the wines are made with a sensitive, low-artifice approach that emphasizes finesse, balance, elegance, and the subtle expression of Burgundy climates. The family also runs the Jacques Parent et Cie négociant house.
