Olga Raffault

France

Domaine Olga Raffault is a family-owned estate in Savigny-en-Veron in Chinon, Loire Valley, with five generations of continuity. Today it is run by Sylvie Raffault and Eric de la Vigerie, continuing the work of Olga and Pierre Raffault, Ernest Zenninger, and Jean Raffault. The domaine is certified organic, farms Cabernet Franc and a small amount of Chenin Blanc, and harvests by hand. Its approach combines tradition and modernity, with manual work, native-yeast fermentations, and a clear emphasis on quality. Recognized as a reference for Grands Vins de Chinon, the estate is known for expressive, fresh Loire wines rooted in the character of Chinon.
