Tchotiashvili is a family-owned winery in Kakheti, Georgia, run by brothers Kakha and Ucha Tchotiashvili, with Kakha as winemaker and technologist. Working from vineyards on the Alazani Valley slopes, the estate cultivates more than 40 grape varieties, including rare Georgian natives. Since 2013, the business has operated as the small company Satsnakheli, focusing on quality over quantity. Its handcrafted, low-volume wines are made in qvevri, with organic fertilisation, low-yield viticulture, natural winemaking and minimal additives. Some wines, including Tavkveri, are certified organic.
