Peterson Winery

United States

Family-owned Peterson Winery has been making soulful, artisanal wines in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, for over 30 years. Fred Peterson and his son Jamie manage the estate, emphasizing sustainable farming and a strong sense of place. Their low-tech, high-touch “Zero Manipulation” approach seeks to express the character of each vintage and vineyard with minimal intervention. The winery’s tasting room, opened in 2007 after years of appointment-only visits, reflects its friendly, intimate style and offers a personal introduction to the wines and their story.
