Producer

Clelia Romano

Italy

Founded in 1994, Clelia Romano is a small, family-owned estate in Arianiello, Campania. Clelia and her husband Angelo run the property, with their children Carmela and Federico involved in production, vinification and marketing; Clelia and Carmela are the winemakers. Angelo manages the vineyards, supported by an agronomist and oenologist. The estate follows organic farming practices, including integrated pest management with copper and sulfur, organic manure, alfalfa green manure and minimal sulfur at bottling, although no formal certification is cited. Its wines are made from the estate’s vineyards with a hands-on, family-led approach.
