Cantine Due Palme

Italy

Cantine Due Palme is a cooperative winery based in Cellino San Marco, Brindisi, in Salento, Puglia, owned by local winegrowers and led by Angelo Maci. Founded in 1955, it operates across several historic cooperative sites and focuses on expressing the region through native varieties and traditional alberello vines. Its model combines direct attention to grape origin and quality with research, technological development, and collaboration among members. Sustainability is central, encompassing environmental, social, and economic practices; the winery holds Equalitas, organic, ISO 14001, and other quality and traceability certifications. The range includes Salento wines such as Salice Salentino, Primitivo di Manduria, and Negroamaro-based bottlings, as well as sparkling wines made by both Charmat and Classic Methods. The winery also offers guided tastings and hospitality experiences connected to the local landscape and culture.
