Domaine Catherine et Claude Maréchal is a family-run estate in Bligny-les-Beaune, Burgundy, with Claude Maréchal as winemaker and Catherine Maréchal as co-owner. Working primarily with rented vineyards across the Côte de Beaune, the domaine produces very small-batch wines in limited quantities. Its sustainable approach includes no herbicides, minimal vineyard treatments, plowed vines, and low yields achieved through severe pruning. In the cellar, fermentations rely on indigenous yeasts, wines are vinified in open wooden vats, and only a low proportion of new oak is used.
