Producer

DEMUERTE

Spain

DEMUERTE is a young, couple-run producer in Yecla, Murcia, owned and operated by winemaker Pablo Cortes and creative director Karel Eissner. Working with roughly 20 hectares of Monastrell vineyards, they cultivate organically with respect for soil health and nature, harvesting by hand. Pablo oversees the winemaking from vine planting through bottling. The wines are made using modern stainless-steel vats and French oak barrels, combining careful vineyard work with a contemporary approach.
