Ribolla Gialla

Producer

Odulin

Italy

Odulin is a small-scale producer in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, operating under TheWinePeople, a partnership between owners and winemakers Mattia Giacomelli and Stefano Chioccioli. The winery produces just two wines, reflecting a boutique rather than large-volume approach. Grapes come from selected vineyard sites across the region, including gravelly alluvial plains and limestone-rich marl. Its Friulano (Ribolla) carries vegan certification, and the wines are described as vegan-friendly; no organic or biodynamic certifications are noted. The focused range and direct involvement of its two partners give Odulin a distinctly artisanal profile.
