Domaine Hervé and Anne Sigaut

France

Domaine Anne & Hervé Sigaut is a fifth-generation, family-owned estate in Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy, directly managed by Anne and Hervé since 1990. Working calcareous clay soils, the domaine follows biodynamic and 100% organic viticulture from flowering onward. Vineyard work is low-intervention, including horse ploughing, lunar-timed practices, hand harvesting and gravity-fed sorting. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, limited new oak and extended aging reflect a restrained approach focused on expressing the vineyards. The estate continues a family legacy while maintaining hands-on control of both vineyard and winemaking.
