Domaine Gresser is a long-established family estate in Andlau, Alsace, operated by Rémy Gresser and rooted in the area since the 14th century. Its vineyards, including the Grand Crus Kastelberg, Moenchberg and Wiebelsberg, occupy the valley’s exceptionally varied geology, from sandstone, granite and schist to limestone, clay-marl and gravel. The estate is certified organic and Demeter biodynamic, with practices focused on biodiversity, healthy soils, reduced inputs and a lower carbon footprint. Wines are made with a terroir-driven, minimal-intervention approach, including indigenous yeasts, and span Alsace appellations, Crémant d’Alsace, Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles. Pinot Noir and Riesling from Grand Cru sites are particular highlights.
