Producer

Das Juice

Australia

Das Juice is a South Australian project founded in 2017 by James Audas and Tom Sheer, co-owners of LO-FI Wines. Working with certified organic and biodynamic vineyards in McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills, the producer focuses on minimal-intervention, natural winemaking. James Audas leads the winemaking, using methods such as whole-bunch pressing, slow cool fermentation, and only a small sulphur addition before bottling, while Tom Sheer oversees hospitality, marketing, and visual identity. Viticultural guidance is provided by Dave Gartlemann.
