Family-run organic winery based in Wahlheim and Siefersheim in Rheinhessen, Müller-Oswald is operated by Klara and Simon Müller-Oswald, who handcraft wines from family-owned vineyards. Their sites span warm, limestone-rich soils in Wahlheim and cool, natural porphyry soils in Siefersheim. Certified organic since the 2022 vintage, they focus on resource-conserving viticulture through cover crops, their own compost, biodiversity measures, and ecological craftsmanship. Wines ferment with wild yeasts and develop in a historic vaulted cellar. Estate wines combine the character of both terroirs, while Origin wines express individual sites, with fruit from the best and oldest plots selectively harvested by hand. All wines are vegan.
