Producer

Phillip Hedderman

France

Scottish winemaker Phillip Hedderman launched his personal project, Les Ciels Changeants, in 2022 in Nevy-Sur-Seille, Jura. He owns and runs the estate himself while also working for winemaker Damien Courbet. The project focuses on a handful of small-parcel Savagnin and Chardonnay wines made with a low-intervention approach, native-yeast fermentation and no added sulfur. The wines are marketed as organic, biodynamic and “living,” with very limited allocations.
