Terre brulée - le blanc

Vincent Carême is a Vouvray producer in the Loire Valley, founded in 1999 and focused exclusively on Chenin Blanc. The estate is farmed organically, with manual harvests and indigenous-yeast fermentations. Wines are vinified and aged in barrels and large casks in 16th-century troglodyte cellars, with a range that includes still and sparkling whites as well as dry, off-dry, and sweet styles. Notes highlight careful vineyard work, strong terroir expression, and wines known for aromatic complexity, balance, freshness, finesse, and aging potential. In partnership with Tania, Carême also produces Chenin Blanc in South Africa under the Terre Brûlée label.
