Producer

Masottina

Italy

Masottina is a family-owned Prosecco producer in Veneto, founded in 1946 by Epifanio Dal Bianco and now led by the third generation of the Dal Bianco family. Deeply rooted in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, especially Ogliano and its Rive, the estate has long focused on expressing the character of this terroir. Farming is guided by organic certification and SQNPI sustainable standards, alongside broader environmental measures in the vineyard and winery. Adriano Dal Bianco leads the winemaking, using careful, low-impact methods including rapid handling of fruit and gravity-flow vinification to protect grape quality. The style is described as elegant and clean, combining respect for tradition with ongoing research and innovation.
