Producer

Lucy M

Australia

Lucy M is a boutique natural-wine producer in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills, working with organically and biodynamically farmed fruit from Basket Range vineyards. Founder and sole winemaker Anton Von Klopper runs the operation with a low-intervention, chemical-free approach: no added sulphur, fining, filtering or cleaning chemicals, and minimal handling. Wines are made using only a destemmer and press before hand bottling, aiming to preserve energetic, fragrant and highly drinkable character, often with a natural spritz. Sustainability and intuitive farming are central to the project, with organic and biodynamic certification planned.
