Domaine du Pré Baron is a historically family-run estate in Oisly, Touraine, where sandy-gravel soils over clay support estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, including old vines. After 20 years led by fifth-generation winemaker Jean-Luc Mardon, ownership and daily operations passed in 2024 to his childhood friend and neighboring winemaker Lionel Gosseaume. The domaine follows sustainable viticulture certified HVE level 3 and the Terra Vitis code, with Sustainable, Vegan, and Vegetarian certifications.
