Les Poëte is a very small Loire Valley domaine founded and solely managed by Guillaume Sorbe since 2007. Its 6.45 hectares of vines are divided into 28 parcels and farmed biodynamically with a low-intervention approach. Sheep, horses, chickens and bees are integrated into the estate to support biodiversity. Each parcel is vinified separately before blending, with most wines fermented in stainless steel and selected cuvées aged in 400- and 600-litre barrels. Production is limited and handcrafted, guided by the philosophy “less but better.”
