Producer

Laurent Truffer

France

Laurent Truffer owns estates operated under the Veuve Ambal brand, a leading Crémant de Bourgogne producer based in Burgundy. The winery works with fruit from its own vineyards and is among Burgundy’s largest growers. Its certifications include International Food Standard (IFS) and Biodynamic & Sustainable (BRS), and it has introduced an organic wine range. Day-to-day operations are led by CEO Eric Piffaut and his son Aurélien Piffaut, the family’s sixth generation, with both contributing to winemaking decisions.
