Founded by Laura David in 2017, this Loire Valley estate is based in Lussault-sur-Loire and Montlouis-sur-Loire. Its vineyards span flint-rich sands and clays, stony slopes, and sandy clay soils, with Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Côt, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The varied exposures and terroirs support a broad range of wines, from dry to sweet, including sparkling and off-dry styles. Grapes are harvested by hand, sorted in the parcels, and transported in small crates. In the cellar, wines ferment with indigenous yeasts, while a cave carved into the hillside provides naturally stable conditions for vinification and ageing. The vines are farmed organically, and the estate continues to develop its vineyards and understanding of the sites.
