Latido brings together two distinct Spanish projects. In Navarra, family-run Latido de Sara cultivates 1.5 hectares of old Garnacha vines at 650 metres in El Barranco de Bescos. The low-yield vineyards are managed without pesticides, following biodynamic principles, and produce Garnacha-based reds, whites and rosés. The grapes are vinified at the historic San Martín de Unx cooperative, with ownership held by Sara Martínez Lagos and co-founder Leon Florez. In Bizkaia, Latido Txakoli is made by Bodega Berroja, founded by winemaker José Ángel Carrero, who planted the vineyard in the 1990s. Its sustainably certified vines lie within the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, and the wine is vegan.
