i Clivi is a family-run estate in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, founded by the Zanusso family in 1996 and now operated by Mario Zanusso. Its vineyards in Collio and Colli Orientali del Friuli include old vines on the region’s distinctive ponca soils, with separate vinifications reflecting varied geology and microclimates. Certified organic viticulture, manual vineyard work, low yields, and respect for natural cycles define the estate’s artisanal approach. The iClivi range focuses on traditional Friulian varieties, while iKlivi explores international grapes from the south-facing Craoretto vineyard near the Bosco Romagno reserve. Wines are made with minimal intervention in steel and concrete, with selected single-vineyard wines also using oak, emphasizing purity, precision, balance, and territorial expression.
