Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles

France

Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles is a family-owned estate in Saint-Léger-les-Vignes, between the Loire and the Lac de Grand-Lieu nature reserve in the Pays de Retz. Acquired by Juliane and Jean-Gabriel Tridon in 2020, the domaine farms 20 hectares certified organic by Ecocert, with controlled yields, preserved soils, manual harvesting, and respect for local biodiversity. Vinification is described as without artifice, using indigenous yeasts and minimal added sulphites; Muscadet cuvées are mainly fermented in underground tanks and aged on lees. The estate produces Muscadet, Gros Plant, and a broad range of Loire wines, including sparkling, rosé, red, macerated, and sweet styles. Its maritime-influenced setting brings freshness, fruit, and character to the wines.
