Subject To Change Wine Co. is a founder-led natural wine producer in California, established in 2017 by winemaker Alex Pomerantz, with Dominique Henderson as a key part of the team. The winery works with single-vineyard fruit from partner growers and emphasizes responsibly farmed vineyards, healthy soils, and natural ecosystems. In the cellar, the approach is minimal-intervention: native-yeast fermentation, no fining, no filtration, and no added sulfur. The company also highlights social sustainability through living wages, health care, and fair working conditions for staff. No formal sustainability certifications are noted.
