Producer

Domaine de Millet

France

Domaine de Millet is a fifth-generation, family-owned Armagnac producer in Côtes de Gascogne, Southwest France, led by Laurence Déche. The estate diversified into table wines in the late 1980s, producing accessible, high-yield wines from approximately 50 hectares on alluvial soils. Winemaking emphasizes low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel and screw-cap bottling. The wines are made conventionally, with no organic certification noted. The supplied notes also reference a small Jura operation associated with François Millet, Michelle, Julien and Adrien Millet, but its relationship to this Côtes de Gascogne estate is not specified.
