Anadigna is a family-owned, artisanal winery in Simes, Meaño, within Rías Baixas’ Val do Salnés. Its history reaches back to 1932 and honors Mamá Anadina, who managed the family vineyard and winemaking while raising four children. The current generation continues this legacy, working with respect for the land and traditional knowledge. Grapes, including fruit from centenary vines, are hand-harvested, while modern techniques complement artisanal methods. The winery is particularly focused on Albariño, including wines aged on their lees to develop texture and stability. Winemaking is associated with Carlos Rey Lustres, with Patricia Presas and Cayetano Otero also identified as responsible for Albariño production. Anadigna’s wines have received recognition in regional competitions and have been featured in Guía Peñín.
