Hirsch Vineyards

United States

Hirsch Vineyards is a family-owned estate on the true Sonoma Coast in California’s Fort Ross AVA, founded by David Hirsch in 1980 and now overseen day to day by his daughter Jasmine Hirsch. The estate began making wine in the mid-1990s, with its winery completed in 2002. Since 2011, Hirsch has transitioned fully to biodynamic farming, completing the conversion in 2014 with a focus on ecological health. Winemaking has included Vanessa Wong, Ross Cobb, and Anthony Filiberti, who joined the team in 2016. The estate is defined by family stewardship, coastal site specificity, and a clear commitment to sustainable viticulture.
