Producer

Graziano Prà

Italy

Family-owned in Monteforte d’Alpone in the Soave hills, Vini Graziano Prà has been led by owner-winemaker Graziano Prà since 2007, after beginnings as F.lli Prà in the 1980s. The estate works organically in Soave and Valpolicella, focusing on native varieties and hillside sites, with notable cru including Monte Grande, Monte Bisson, and Morandina. Farming and cellar work emphasize hand harvesting, low yields, respect for the environment and workers, renewable energy, forest and beekeeping, and careful low-intervention vinification. Prà’s style centers on purity, freshness, and terroir expression, with soft pressing, free-run juice, no malolactic in whites, low-temperature fermentations, and minimal handling. The winery is also known for its long-considered use of screw caps to protect longevity and evolution, especially in Soave.
