Stumpf is a family-run winery in Eger, Upper Hungary, founded in 1992 by former doctor János Stumpf and now jointly managed with his son, Péter, as a full partner. The estate farms roughly 20 hectares of dry-farmed, south-facing vineyards on the Nagy Eged and Sikhegy slopes. Described as Sustainable and Natural, without formal certifications, the winery focuses on hands-on family winemaking led by János and Péter, with occasional collaboration from Master Sommelier János Szabo. Its production includes Kékfrankos Nagy-Eged Grand Superior, made on a modest boutique scale.
