Evolúció

Hungary

Evolúció is a modern Hungarian wine project based in the UNESCO-listed Tokaj region and operating under the Siema Brands portfolio. Working with grapes from Tokaj’s volcanic-soil vineyards, it focuses on terroir-driven, low-intervention wines made from indigenous varieties including Furmint, Hárslevelű and Muscat. The wines are sustainably farmed and produced using clean techniques such as stainless-steel fermentation, with occasional lees contact or neutral-oak aging. Specific sustainability certifications are not listed.
