Domaine Tollot-Beaut

France

Domaine Tollot-Beaut is a fifth-generation family-run estate in Chorey-lès-Beaune, Burgundy, owned by cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul and Olivier Tollot, with other family members involved. The domaine farms vineyards across Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune and Aloxe-Corton, including two monopoles: Savigny-lès-Beaune Champs-Chevrey and Chorey-lès-Beaune Pièce du Chapitre. Winemaking is led by Jean-Paul Tollot. The estate emphasizes old vines, including a high proportion of Pinot Fin, and follows lutte raisonnée, or “reasoned struggle,” in the vineyard. It is also presented as a woman-led operation. No formal sustainability certifications are mentioned.
