Domaine Thomas-Collardot is a family-run estate in Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy, led by Jacqueline Collardot and her son Matthieu. The vines have been in the family for generations, and Jacqueline resumed direct farming in 2010 before making her first wines in 2015; Matthieu joined in 2018. The domaine works parcel by parcel to express the singularity of each climat, producing identity-driven wines, including very limited micro-cuvées such as single-barrel releases. The vineyards have been organically certified since 2020, with work carried out by hand and with horses, and the 2020 vintage was vinified without sulfur.
