Domaine Lucien Boillot et Fils

France

Domaine Lucien Boillot et Fils is a family-run estate in Burgundy, with vineyards in both the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Founded by Lucien Boillot in the 1950s, it is now led by his son Pierre Boillot, with Sophie Boillot involved since 2003, continuing a multi-generation family winemaking tradition. The domaine farms under lutte raisonnée, avoiding chemical fertilizers, with plowed soils, limited yields, and hand-harvested fruit. In the cellar, Pierre Boillot follows a natural, minimal-intervention approach, including natural fermentations. The estate’s history and hands-on family ownership remain central to its identity.
