Domaine La Sobilane

France

Domaine La Sobilane is located near Perpignan in Roussillon and produces Rivesaltes vin doux naturel from Grenache Noir, Blanc and Gris. Owned by Mauricette Daniel, the estate follows sustainable farming practices. Its distinctive Grenache Noir is oxidised for three years in outdoor demijohns, then aged for at least four years in barrel, creating a deliberately traditional, oxidative style.
