Domaine Fichet is a family-owned estate based in Igé in the Mâconnais, Burgundy, run by brothers Pierre-Yves Fichet, who oversees the vineyards, and Olivier Fichet, who leads winemaking. The family has deep roots in local viticulture, and the estate was established independently by Francis Fichet in 1976 after leaving the village cooperative; Pierre-Yves and Olivier have been in charge since 1999. Farming is guided by lutte raisonnée and supported by HVE3 and Tarrae certification. The domaine is known for a broad range of cuvées from Burgundy’s four main grape varieties, with a strong focus on expressing terroir through careful vineyard and cellar work, including notable parcel wines such as La Cra and Château London.
