Domaine du Col de Mollo is a family-owned estate in the Collioure appellation, now part of the Jonquères d’Oriola family holdings following its acquisition with the Tourane family. Managed and vinified by William Jonquères d’Oriola since 2020, the domaine farms its vineyards using agro-ecological practices focused on “living soils,” developed in collaboration with Ver de Terre Production. Its approach places sustainability and soil health at the centre of the estate’s work.
