Domaine du Bon Remède is a family-run estate in Mazan, in the Ventoux, founded in 1997 by Lucile and Frédéric Delay and now operated by the fourth generation of the Delay family. Frédéric leads the winemaking, with his son Vincent contributing after completing oenology studies. The domaine focuses on artisanal production and quality rather than volume. Its vineyards are Terra Vitis certified for sustainable viticulture, while the estate is pursuing organic certification, reflecting the family’s commitment to environmentally responsible farming.
