Domaine de l'Olivette

France

Domaine de l’Olivette is a family-owned Provençal estate on the south-south-west-facing hillsides of Castellet, where Jean-Luc Dumoutier continues a two-century family tradition. Its vineyards occupy ancient stone terraces and are farmed organically, without chemical weed killers or insecticides, while ecological corridors support biodiversity. The estate has held High Environmental Value certification annually since 2014 and is labelled Sustainable. Deliberately low yields underpin the wines, with winemaking supported by temperature-controlled facilities, computerized production records, and an on-site oenological laboratory.
